ACADEMIC ACTIVITY
The institution has a vibrant Medical Education Unit (MEU) headed by the Principal as officer in charge. The programs are coordinated and executed by Dr. Rachel. It has four members, one each from Physiology, Biochemistry, and Medicine & TB & Chest. The Unit is supported by a stenographer, computer operator and two technicians. The MEU has an interactive board, over head projector, slide projector/LCD, computer with printer, TV, VCD player and education cassettes.
The members were trained in the National Teacher Training Center, and the unit is affiliated to the Teacher Training Unit of the Dr. NTRUHS. The faculty members of this institution will be trained in Teaching Training aspects.

The teachers will be sent to training in the regional trainiong centre after obtaining LOP from MCI
MEU will organize a training program for doctors and nurses on bio medical waste management in collaboration with the department of Microbiology.
The institution conducts Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs regularly in intra and inter departmental manner at periodic intervals. Various CME’s and Academic activities will be started after obtaining LOP from MCI.
